All terms and conditions stated below are held to on site sales as well as ALL PAYPAL invoice sales.
Once you place a deposit or complete (meaning fully pay) for your order you automatically agree to the terms and conditions below.
All sales made via website or Paypal invoice will be subjected to these terms. Once you have placed an order or submitted a down payment on an order your will be held to these terms and have agreed to them.

Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations without a 30% penalty/restocking fee. 30% of the order placed will collected instantly before you are issued a refund. THE FUNDS WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF THE TOTAL AMOUT THAT WAS ISSUED TO THE COMPANY AND THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE AWARDED TO YOU. We have every right to enforce this policy on ANY order that is disputed via Paypal/ personal Bank There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Cancellations will not be accepted after 12 hours of payment. The order will be processed and shipped. Please be sure to read your bill before making the payment. Any order shipped and rejected as a package will be subjected to these fees as well.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on colored hair. We ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT BUT you MUST contact us within 12 hours of receiving the package. It’s your responsibility to inspect your goods to ensure quality is what you desired. iF YOU THE BUYER DO NOT INSPECT THE PACKAGE AND THE HAIR WITHIN THE 12 HOURS PERIOD AFTER RECIEVEING THE HAIR YOU WILL NOT BE AWARDED ANY FORM OF CREDIT NOR ALLOWED TO RETURN THE ITEM. WE WILL AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE PACKAGE
We do not offer CREDIT on hair already installed. We do offer credit on hair that qualifies for credit

Reasons for credit:
Excessive shedding
Dry hair
Broken wefts
Wrong hair (AS IN YOU ORDERED WAVY BUT GOT STRAIGHT)

If the buyer has not performed the proper steps to protect the quality and integrity of the hair no credit will be issued. The proper steps are as followed:
Cowash or deep condition the hair once received
Seal the wefts to prevent future shedding
Moisturize the hair to prevent drying of the hair
Use non sulfate alcohol free products to prolong the hair life
Use a wide tooth comb to detangle and a paddle brush to smooth
Wash hair every weeks to prevent product build up

Do not contact us unless you have done all of the above.

You will be awarded to up to 50% of your order ONLY FOR the above credit reasons or offered an exchange for hair of the same value/same model/same type/same pattern. You will have to speak with the owner of the company which is Candice Renee and the hair must be sent back to the owner. You will have to present a tracking number for the package via email within 2 business days. Once a tracking number has been provided you will receive your credit within 3-5 business days. Please understand that bank transfers take up to 3-5 business days to fully process and that you must wait until the 5th day to then contact us about your credit.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXHCHAGE SHIPPING COST. IF ITEMS HAS TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO VENDOR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST AS WELL! NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you do not provide a tracking number for the hair within 2 days after being granted a return shipment agreement with the owner, your package will be denied and you will not receive ANY credit at all. If there is something really wrong with the hair we do not believe anyone would keep bad hair for so long.

10 Day Warranty:
If the hair is UNUSED (this means never installed, never cut, never manipulated in any way) you can return the hair to us for a complete refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account after we receive the hair.


Discount Codes:

No discount code can be applied twice to one order

No discount code can be applied to any wholesale order. 

Shipping: To process the order will take from 1-4 business days. Shipping will take 2-5 business days. This means we have a total of 9 business days to get your order to you. Most orders are received within 4-5 but not guaranteed.
If you are getting color added to the hair please add 2 more days to this as it is done manually and will allow enough time for it to be done right. Once a package has been shipped we are not responsible for shipping delays with the US Postal. We are not responsible for any damage made during shipping. All order are shipped either priority mail or express mail by the US Postal Service. If you wish to arrange the package with another courier you must pay the cost of the shipping. All order that receive free shipping is 2-3 day priority mail. You are provided a tracking number for a reason. Please do not contact us unless you have tracked your package. Please find the nearest local post office number online to inquire about your package.

Update: Customers with a completely different billing and mailing address will have to pay and additional $25 dollars for the first time ONLY. Due to an increase in Paypal scams, we have to protect ourselves from fraudulent purchases and claims.

Delays: Please keep in mind that delays can and will happen. In the event of a delay to owner will contact those affected. Delays can be anywhere for 2-3 days excluding weekends.

Coloring: If you request coloring understand colors may or may not come out exactly as you want it. We strive to please but again exact color matches are not guaranteed. If you wish to have EXACT color matches please arrange that with a professional hair stylist. We will not take any responsibility for hair that is damaged by the coloring process.
